Since graduating in 2010 I've been heavily involved in the Newcastle freelance, SME and start-up tech scene.
I specialise in writing and designing content for small, fast-paced companies, where products and services can change overnight, and where the next new technology is already here, with its sequel right around the corner.
After six years of working in this crazy, exciting environment, I've become pretty good at rolling with the punches and picking up new tech and terminology at pace, so don't feel that your new Techy-Wonder-Gadgetified-Shiny-Thing might be beyond me. Think of me as the translator between your expertise and your end customer who doesn't know how much they need the TWGST, like, right now, thanks, yes, good, ta.
I'm a big believer in Plain English and making content accessible for all the different types of user who see your messages. If you know you need to lose the jargon, but don't know how to do it, well, that's probably why you're here!
I take time to really get to know you, your aims, and what your’re best at, before designing messages that reflect your brand and personality, and that really hook-in your target audience.
